SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are included, both within the United States and internationally. Estimated shipping date is 12-16 business days from time of order, however due to recent global shipping delays, this estimate is subject to change. I will notify customers of any shipping delays as I become aware of them. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

I try to be as flexible as possible regarding returns. I offer full refunds up to 30 days of customers receiving the items, and 50% refunds after that. To receive a refund, customers must inform me via the contact section of the website, including a Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and a description of why you are requesting a refund (unhappy with product, damaged, etc.). Once I receive that message, I will reach out to you with instructions on how and where to ship the piece back to. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the item via mail, I will issue a refund in the appropriate amount listed above. 

 

Keep in mind, I'm not a business. I'm just some dude selling artwork on the internet, but I'll do my best to work with every single person to make sure they are satisfied with their order. Every purchase made helps me out a ton, and I appreciate it more than anyone could know.
